How to get started:
- Add a payee by selecting the recipient and providing that payee’s account information. You can choose between a company or an individual.
- Choose the checking account you’d like to pay the bill from, the amount, and payment date*†.
- Select the “Pay” button to complete a one-time payment.
You can schedule future payments, set up rush delivery for quick payments, and even nickname your payees!
*The payment date is the day you want the payee to receive your payment. Once the payment date is selected, a processing date will appear, which is the date the money will be withdrawn from your account.
†In the Mobile App, the payment date is referred to as the “Delivery Date,” and the processing date is referred to as the “Send On” date.
Pay a Person
This convenient feature allows you to make person-to-person payments electronically to anyone you choose, such as a landlord, babysitter, or relative. The best part is, it’s completely free!

- Provide the recipient’s bank routing number and deposit account information. Then the payment is sent electronically.
- Provide the recipient’s mailing address, and a paper check will be mailed.
Sending money electronically is faster, more convenient, and more secure than sending a check. Even when a paper check is necessary, online bill payer can still save you time. That’s because we mail your check directly to the recipient, which saves you a trip to the post office.
How to get started:
- When adding a payee, simply choose to add an individual rather than a company or business.
- Repeat the same steps as adding a company or business payee.

eBills (7)
An eBill is a feature that allows you to receive and pay electronic versions of paper bills directly from your Bill Payer account. eBills are viewable on a desktop or mobile device, but can only be set up on a desktop.
To see if an eBill is available for a payee, Log into the desktop version of Online Banking. Scroll to the bottom of the Bill Payer dashboard and you will see an "eBill Connect" section. Any payees that support eBills will be shown in this section.
Note: This process of requiring UserID and Password for the vendor is typical for products that share data with third parties. For example, to link an account from another financial institution to First Florida Credit Union, you must provide the same information. Likewise, if you request to use any third party app to link to your First Florida account, you must share your Username and Password. The Username and Password is used to authenticate access to the information.
